Biography

Shawn Davlin was born in Springfield, Illinois. He graduated from Colorado State University with honors in 2002. Shawn attended law school at Southern Illinois University (2005-2006) and the University of Denver- Strum College of Law (2007). He clerked for Justice Susan Myerscough, Illinois Court of Appeals, in the summer of 2005. Shawn was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2007.

Shawn joined the law firm of Casey & Casey, LLC, as an associate in the fall of 2007. His practice has concentrated primarily on defending insureds under automobile policies and real estate agents under errors and omissions policies. Shawn has successfully tried cases in La Plata and Archuleta Counties. A portion of Shawn’s practice is also comprised of representing landowners in access disputes. Shawn made partner in 2010 and the firm is now known by its current name, Casey & Davlin, LLC.
